This machine is meant for checking of components, which have overall length upto 500mm. There is no lower limit on the length of the component. Annular Components can be checked with a central conductor. Available in 2000A, which implies that jobs upto 4” dia can be checked on this machine. Components like nuts & bushes can be checked with the help of an induced current fixture. Pneumatic clamping & use of copper braided pads eliminate chances of any sparks. Machine works in three modes, Circular, Longitudinal & Combination. Sequencing & Timing of the shots is controlled by an accurate timing circuit.

Uses two separate transformers for Circular & Longitudinal field. This is necessary because in combination shot, an overlap period must be there for proper magnetization.

Longitudinal magnetization is achieved by using flux flow coils on either side of the job.
