This machine is meant for checking of components, which have Lenght/Dia Ratio of atleast 5 and overall length from 150mm to 1000mm. Annular Components can be checked with a central conductor. Available in 2000A, which implies that jobs upto 4" dia can be checked on this machine. Also available in 3000A.

Pneumatic clamping & use of copper braided pads eliminate chances of any sparks. Use of Rodless Cylinder eliminates the need for frequent re adjusting of tailstock depending upon the job length.

Machine works in three modes, Circular, Longitudinal & Combination. Sequencing & Timing of the shots is controlled by an accurate timing circuit.

Uses two separate transformers for Circular & Longitudinal field. This is necessary because in combination shot, an overlap period must be there for proper magnetization.

Longitudinal magnetization is achieved by using magnetizing coil.
